Terra Libra Rouge 2018, AOP Terrasses du Larzac. Grown on schist terroir and with grape varieties of Grenache, Syrah and Carignan, this is an outstanding example of the great wines now being produced on the Terrasses du Larzac. With a nose of concentrated ripe fruits, moka and spices it is round and elegant in the mouth. It has notes of liquorice, dark red fruits and spices. Long on the finish. Pair with grilled meats and herbs (preferably l’Aubrac beef), game and all cheeses. ABV 14%
