Grown on flinty limestone pebbles ‘galets roules’, perfect for heat and water retention, the stones release heat at night to obtain optimal ripeness. Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsault provide a nose of violets, red fruits and herbs of the garrigue (herbaceous, peppery and smoky tones as a result of the wild vegetation which grows in the sun scorched limestone soils of the Terrasses du Larzac). A full bodied delicious wine with dominant tannins. Pair with grilled rabbit or tuna. ABV 13.5%
